Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Kallglot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Kallglot provides:

• Real-time voice translation
• Telephony and SIP services
• Call transcription
• Voice synthesis
• Analytics for customer communications

We may modify or update the service at any time. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Be responsible for all actions on your account

4. Telephony Compliance

Certain countries require business verification before numbers can be provisioned. By requesting such numbers, you agree to:

• Submit required documents
• Allow us to transmit them to telecom providers

Failure to provide documents may prevent activation of your number.

5. Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by the:

• Privacy Policy
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Both are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Billing and Payment

For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law

We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law
• Harass or defraud others
• Interfere with system operations
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering

We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Kallglot available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content remain the property of Kallglot. Your data remains yours.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, we will delete or return your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and DPA.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kallglot is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Data loss not caused by our negligence

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we will provide 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Malaga, Spain. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
